Service providers tend to charge monthly service fees or a so-called minimum billing, disguised as free or included prints per month. Even if you don’t print anything you still end up paying your minimum billing. The latest trends even see service providers charging clients a fee for remote assistance or call-outs.

At uDecide Technologies we pride ourselves in not charging any of these additional fees. Our clients only pay for the number of prints they made during the month. No monthly service fee, no call-out fee and definitely no minimum billing. This applies to any printer or copier bought on rental finance or cash.

Our service agreement includes toner, machine maintenance, call-outs and remote support. To sweeten things even further we are giving our clients a spare set of toner for each of their machines to avoid printing downtime.
